
MOSCOW, June 27 Russian President Vladimir Putin During negotiations with the leader of the Republic of the Congo, Denis Sassou Nguesso presented him with the Order of Honor.
The decree conferring this award was published this morning. The document notes that Sassou Nguesso was awarded the order “for his great contribution to the development and strengthening of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Congo.”
Negotiations between leaders are taking place in the Kremlin. Previously, the heads of the two states had already communicated in a limited format. Next, there will be a conversation in an extended format.
This year the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Congo are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
