The Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined the founder of the “Mom, Buy” store, Daria Zarykovskaya, 40 thousand rubles, the joint press service of the city courts told Mediazona.
Zarykovskaya, who spoke out against the war in Ukraine, was found guilty under the protocol on “discrediting” the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). The decision was made the day before, on June 26. The ruling has not yet been published on the court's website.
As Zaks.ru previously wrote with reference to the press service of the St. Petersburg courts, the reason for drawing up a protocol against Zarykovskaya was posts in her Telegram channel written from the end of 2022 to the spring of 2023.
Yesterday, a court in St. Petersburg also fined Daria Heikinen, the former head of Boris Nadezhdin’s local election headquarters, 40 thousand rubles under a protocol for “discrediting” the military.
