
LUGANSK, June 28 The Supreme Court of the LPR found 68-year-old Ukrainian citizen Liliya Khrustovskaya guilty of espionage and sentenced her to 12 years and 6 months in prison, said senior assistant prosecutor of the republic Elena Usacheva.
Previously, the Russian FSB Directorate for the LPR opened a criminal case against her. 
«The Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic issued a verdict in a criminal case against 68-year-old Ukrainian citizen Liliya Khrustovskaya. She was found guilty under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (espionage),» Usacheva said.
The court found that since 2022, the defendant had been collecting information about the movements and locations of Russian military personnel, and she transmitted the received data to the Ukrainian special services through instant messengers.
«The court agreed with the position of the state prosecutor — the prosecutor of the Lugansk People's Republic and sentenced Khrustovskaya to 12 years 6 months in prison to be served in a general regime correctional colony,» Usacheva clarified.
