MOSCOW, June 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Vladimir Belinsky as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Chile, relieving Sergei Koshkin from his duties, the corresponding decree was published on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
“To appoint Vladimir Grigorievich Belinsky as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Chile,” the document says .
