MOSCOW, June 27 Dumplings with quail, veal cheeks stewed in kvass and the Gzhel dessert were offered to participants in the Russian-Congolese negotiations in an expanded format, which were held in the Kremlin in the format of an official breakfast with the participation of the leader of the two countries, Vladimir Putin and Denis Sassou Nguesso.
The participants in the negotiations in the Kremlin were offered a salad of smoked trout with sorrel and cucumbers, dumplings with quail, cream soup of young zucchini with melted cheese, according to the menu that was available.
For main course, guests could choose muksun fillet with truffle puree and spinach or veal cheeks stewed in kvass with parsnip cream and vegetables. A Gzhel dessert made from goat cheese and blueberries was also offered.
Russian wines «Divnomorskoye Estate» were presented among the drinks.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin and Congolese President Denis Sassou Nguesso held talks in a limited format.
