MOSCOW, June 28 Moscow Children's Rights Commissioner Olga Yaroslavskaya announced in her Telegram channel that she has taken control of a case of a child being injured when a scooter accidentally flew off and hit him in the head.
As previously reported on Telegram channels, as a result of an accident on Dmitrovskoye Highway, a scooter that flew off a schoolboy during tricks on a ramp hit a five-year-old child in the head. The girl is in intensive care with a severe head injury, and the frightened teenager ran away and is being searched for.
«I took the incident under personal control,» Yaroslavskaya wrote.
