MOSCOW, June 28 Singer Maria Maksakova* (recognized as a foreign agent), who left for Ukraine, failed to pay her debts in Russia and was fined more than 60 thousand rubles, according to documents available to .
According to the documents, 46-year-old Maksakova* has two outstanding debts totaling 61,249 rubles. The first debt is 29.8 thousand rubles, and another 4,233 rubles were charged for non-payment. The second is a property penalty in favor of individuals or legal entities — 25 thousand rubles, which was also not paid, after which a penalty of 2 thousand rubles was charged.
The Ministry of Justice added the singer, who lives abroad, to the register of foreign agents in May 2023. The agency reported that Maksakova* called for the provision of weapons to Ukraine, the overthrow of the current government in Russia, and distributed materials created by foreign agents.
