MOSCOW, June 27. The results of the XII National Rating of Communication Companies HP2K – 2024 have been summed up, the organizers report.
The HP2K rating identified the top 100 federal and regional communications companies, including full-service agencies in the field of public relations, digital, marketing services, research and analytics, and event communications. The top 5 ranking companies included: Mikhailov and Partners, AGT/AGT, Twiga PR, emg and KROS.
Deputy editor-in-chief of MIA Rossiya Segodnya Dmitry Gruzdev took part in the ceremony announcing the results of the rating.
“The first HP2K rating was compiled with support back in 2013. Over the past years, the market situation has changed significantly, and for the better. We expect that all participants in the top 100 communications companies will continue to contribute to the development of the Russian economy,” Gruzdev noted.
Great ceremony diplomas for the participants of the HP2K rating took place at the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
“Communication companies not only contribute to the development of the domestic economy, but also perform important public and government tasks. In this regard, the HP2K rating is a good guideline both for Russian business and for public authorities and organizations in the non-profit sector,” the co-chairman’s words are quoted in the message. Rating Supervisory Board, President of the Russian Academy of Public Relations (RAOS) Vitaly Rasnitsyn.
Co-chairman of the Supervisory Board of HP2K, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia Vyacheslav Lashchevsky for the first time published the results of a study of the communications market. In 2023, the market grew by more than 20% and almost reached 1.8 trillion rubles, which is more than 1% of the country’s GDP. Three communications industries are leading the growth: advertising, digital communications and public relations.
“For the first time in Russian history, the communications market has reached such volumes; growth compared to 2022 was more than 20%. There were no such growth rates even in the post-Covid period, so we are talking about a confident growth trajectory,” Lashchevsky noted.
It is noted that the main objectives of the National Rating of Communication Companies are to increase the openness and transparency of the communications services market and to help strengthen trust between market participants.
General Director of the operator HP2K — communications group «Byzantium» Igor Raikhman clarified that «the rating is formed according to key indicators of companies' activities: business volume, professional experience and media activity. Maximum openness helps to increase trust between rating participants, and also creates clear rules of the game for customers of communication services.»
The Unicon audit and consulting group performed a series of agreed procedures necessary to verify the rating results for compliance with the HP2K methodology.
«The rating has been compiled for 12 years in a row. This allows us to talk about a systematic approach, maintaining continuity and progressive development. With this approach, all participants in the Russian communications market benefit,» noted a partner of the Unicon group, which has been acting as a consultant to the rating since 2015 of the year, Nikolay Simakov.
