The all-electric version of the Italian brand's model is expected to hit the European market in 2025.
Owned Auto giant Stellantis, Alfa Romeo has been producing the Stelvio crossover since 2016. This model underwent its first major update in 2020, and a second restyling in the fall of 2022. Now the Italian manufacturer continues to develop the next generation SUV: it is known that this SUV will also have a fully electric version.

For now, the company is keeping the appearance of the new Alfa Romeo Stelvio a secret. It is expected that its exterior will show features of the Junior SUV presented this year: as Kolesa.ru reported earlier, it was originally called Milano, but had to be renamed due to the Polish assembly.
The designer of the Spanish publication Motor.es shared with us his version of the potential appearance of the next-generation all-electric Stelvio. Judging by the render, the model may receive a similar plug in place of the traditional radiator grille: we are talking about the Leggenda version — with a fine mesh pattern and a retro-style Alfa Romeo inscription on it.
The head optics will probably be made in a similar style to the Alfa Romeo Junior headlights, although they will have a different shape, but the horizontal strokes that act as running lights will remain the same. The new Stelvio can also be designed in a similar way to the air intake integrated into the lower part of the front bumper.

The crossover in the rendering has traditional exterior mirrors, conventional door handles, roof rails and a shark fin antenna on the roof. The profile is adorned with five-spoke wheels and there is a gloss black spoiler on the top of the tailgate. It is assumed that the rear lights will be connected to each other across the entire width of the tailgate.
It is possible that the future Stelvio will be larger than the current version. The current crossover has an overall length of 4687 mm, width – 1903 mm, height – 1693 mm, and the distance between the axles is 2818 mm. It is expected that on the front panel under the visor there will be a display that acts as a virtual tidy, and in the center there will be an integrated touchscreen of the infotainment system.

It is expected that the “green” Alfa Romeo Stelvio of the new generation There will be versions with one electric motor, as well as two- and three-motor power plants. According to preliminary data, in the first two cases the output will be from 240 to 450 hp, and for the top-end installation, which the Quadrifoglio modification will receive, the power will be approximately 1000 hp. The line of lithium-ion traction batteries will likely include options with capacities of 85, 98 and 118 kWh. The maximum range on a single charge will be about 800 km (when calculated using the WLTP cycle).
Production of the new Alfa Romeo Stelvio will be established at the Italian plant in Cassino. The next-generation crossover will debut at the end of the first half of 2025, and will go on sale in the second half of the year.
