Eyewitnesses to the high-profile incident in the Moscow metro, in which a woman in a hijab became the victim, have denied the religious background of the conflict. Earlier, we recall, a video went viral on the Internet, according to which a female passenger on a train heading to the Kolomenskaya station attacked another female passenger in religious clothing with a knife.
As other passengers in the carriage told MK, the inadequate woman directed her aggression not at the passenger in closed clothing, but at two girls. Moreover, they were sitting calmly in their seats. The nervous person first threatened them verbally, and then took out a knife and walked towards them. One of the girls managed to use pepper spray, and the stream of gas hit, among other things, a woman in a hijab sitting next to her. None of the participants in the conflict shouted any threats on ethnic grounds. From the video, it seemed that it was the woman in the hijab who became the target of the attack.
According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, all participants in the conflict were taken to the police station.
