
MOSCOW, July 2 An increase in air navigation fees in the Russian Federation is still being discussed, while an increase of 150 rubles per ton of take-off weight for every 100 kilometers is expected, he told reporters representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
The rate of air navigation charges from Russian airlines may be increased to finance the fund for capital repairs of airfields, the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Dmitry Yadrov said the day before. As the department's press service clarified, the average increase in the fee rate will be 150 rubles per ton of maximum take-off weight per 100 km. It is assumed that this could happen as early as August. 
«At the same time, specific parameters for increasing fees are still being discussed. For now, it is assumed that on average the air navigation fee for Russian airlines will increase by 150 rubles,» a representative of the department clarified.
