The new SUV version of the British brand has an unusual exterior decor, as well as a different list of equipment, while the equipment was left standard.
Aston Martin presented the DBX crossover in November 2019 at the Beijing Motor Show. The top version of the model, called DBX707, was declassified in early February 2022. The British manufacturer found out that this particular option turned out to be the most popular among the brand’s customers. As a result, after the update, which the model underwent in April of this year, only the richest version remained, and more affordable versions were removed from the range.

Let us remind you that the refreshed crossover received retuned electronic shock absorbers and air springs, as well as a wider palette: the list includes such colors as Epsilon Black, Helios Yellow, Sprint Green, Malachite Green, Aura Green and Podium Green. In addition, the updated Aston Martin DBX707 received new exterior mirrors with integrated cameras, and an optionally available set of original 23-inch wheels (the standard version has 22-inch wheels).
During the recent update, the interior of the Aston Martin DBX707 received a portion of changes. The front panel and center console are designed differently, and new finishing materials are provided. The list of basic equipment includes acoustics with 14 speakers with a power of 800 W; an optional Bowers & Wilkins with 23 speakers with a power of 1600 watts. The refreshed SUV was equipped with a 12.3-inch diagonal virtual instrument panel and a proprietary infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
Now the British company has developed a special version of its crossover based on the updated model: it was given the name DBX707 AMR24 Edition. It is curious that, despite the status of a special version, this car does not have a clearly defined production limit. It is known that the new product is already available for order.

The addition of AMR24 to the name is a reference to the Formula 1 car of the 2024 season. What distinguishes it from the regular version of the Aston Martin DBX707 is mainly its decor. The model was offered with three body color options to choose from: Neutron White, Onyx Black and Podium Green. Lime Green or Trophy Silver are offered as contrasting accents, as well as calipers in Racing Green or AMR Lime shades.
There is a different decor in the interior. The design is offered in either Onyx Black or a two-tone Onyx Black/Eifel Green scheme with lime contrast stitching. A number of elements are made of carbon fiber or have a coating of so-called “titanium mesh”. In addition, the special version of the Aston Martin DBX707 also has AMR24 inscriptions on the door sills.
The special version was left with standard equipment. So under the hood of the Aston Martin DBX707 AMR24 Edition there is a Mercedes 4.0-liter twin-turbo eight M177, the power of which is 707 hp and the maximum torque is 900 Nm. It is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed of this car is 310 km/h; acceleration from zero to “hundreds” takes 3.3 seconds.
