MOSCOW, July 1Russian Ka-52M combat helicopters hit camouflaged equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of responsibility of the Russian Armed Forces group «North», the press reported on Sunday — service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“The crew of the army aviation on a Ka-52M helicopter carried out a strike with unguided aircraft missiles on camouflaged enemy equipment and manpower in the area of responsibility of the North group of forces. The strike was carried out by unguided aircraft missiles S-8 at specified coordinates,” the report says. 
It is specified that after the strike the crew performed an anti-missile maneuver, released heat traps and returned to the departure airfield.

According to the reports of the forward aircraft gunner, all of the indicated targets were successfully hit. The flight took place as normal.
