MOSCOW, July 2 Moscow and Delhi have the political will to develop relations in a wide range of areas, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
«The most diverse areas of cooperation that we intend to develop (between Russia and India), for which there is mutual political will,» Peskov told reporters.
