MOSCOW, July 2 Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Elena Ardabyeva as Secretary of State — Deputy Minister of Justice, and Konstantin Panferov — Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the corresponding decree is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«To appoint: Elena Anatolyevna Ardabyeva — State Secretary — Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, releasing him from his post; Konstantin Yuryevich Panferov — Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation,» the document says.
This decree comes into force on the day of its signing, July 2.
