BELGOROD, July 2 One person was injured during shelling from Ukraine in the village of Veselaya Lopan, Belgorod region, hospitalization was not required, said the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
«After repelling an air attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the village of Veselaya Lopan with air defense means, one person was injured. An ambulance crew on the spot provided the necessary assistance to a man with a bruised leg, but he refused hospitalization. Various damages were detected in three private households,» he wrote Gladkov on the Telegram channel. 
The governor added that the village of Oktyabrsky was again attacked by a Ukrainian drone. As a result of the explosion, the façade of a social facility building was damaged and a minibus and three cars in the parking lot were damaged. In the village of Malinovka, a kamikaze drone hit another social facility, and the body and windshield of a gazelle parked nearby were also cut by shrapnel.
«In the village of Ustinka, a private wooden house was destroyed by a direct hit from a shell. In the village of Yasnye Zori, as a result of an attack by one UAV, windows were broken, the facade and walls of one private house were damaged. In another apartment building the windows of one apartment were broken in the house,” the head of the region noted.
According to the governor, emergency services are working on the ground, information about the consequences is being clarified.
The Belgorod district in the south borders the Kharkov region of Ukraine. The length of the Ukrainian border with the Belgorod region is about 50 kilometers.
