ANKARA, July 3 Visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Turkey is on the diplomatic agenda of Ankara and Moscow, but preliminary dates are still unknown, the office of the Turkish leader reported.
Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin and Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan will discuss at a meeting in Astana the prospects for the head of the Russian Federation to travel to Turkey; the decision to hold the meeting was mutual, press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
«Indeed, Mr. Putin's visit is on the diplomatic agenda of the two countries. There is an announced invitation from Mr. President (Tayyip Erdogan),» the agency's interlocutor said.
According to him, the preliminary dates of the visit are still unknown.
“No, there are no preliminary dates,” he clarified.
