KEMEROVO, July 4 The building of a children's art house from the first to the fourth floor partially collapsed in the city of Belovo, Kemerovo region, there were no deaths or injuries, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region reported .
«There was a report of a partial collapse of a brick building from the fourth to the first floor. There are no plans to carry out rescue operations due to the absence of dead or injured,» the regional head office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The agency's interlocutor clarified, that 17 people and 5 pieces of equipment arrived from the Ministry of Emergency Situations at the scene.
