MVD: Man who tried to take child away detained in Moscow

Moscow law enforcement officers detained a 28-year-old man from a neighboring country who is suspected of unlawful actions against a child.
According to the Moscow police headquarters, a video of the suspect, filmed by eyewitnesses, was previously posted on the Internet. «A man of Caucasian descent» tried to take the boy around the corner of a house on Stavropolskaya Street.
A possible crime was prevented by a random passerby. The man let the boy go and fled. After his arrest, he was placed in a special detention center, and an investigation is underway.
