MOSCOW, July 4 Russian farmers should be provided with everything they need both in the summer during harvesting and in the fall during field work, support for the agro-industrial complex should to be continued, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
“Traditionally, we prepare in advance for harvesting, then the corresponding autumn field work. Here, of course, we need to make maximum use of all measures to support the state program (agricultural development — ed.) so that our agricultural producers are provided with everything they need both in summer and autumn,” — Mishustin said at a government meeting on Thursday.
He indicated that when preparing the federal budget, it is necessary to take into account all proposals in this area, which were made, including during the relevant strategic session of the government.
