ASTANA, July 4 Russian President Vladimir Putin and Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani talked on their feet before the negotiations in Astana.
State leaders approached the negotiation hall together, communicating with each other. Putin and Al Thani then began negotiations. On the Russian side, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov were also present at the negotiations.
