    MOSCOW, July 4. Video recorders and inspection equipment produced by companies in the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone (SEZ) ensure a comfortable and safe life for Muscovites and guests of the capital, and also help protect against cyber attacks, said the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP) Anatoly Garbuzov.
    According to him, during the work of the IT company they supplied products with a total value of about 50 billion rubles.

    “In the field of IT technologies of the Moscow special economic zone, there are fourteen resident companies that produce telecom equipment, software, cryptographic information protection and cybersecurity tools as part of import substitution. During the operation of the Moscow SEZ, more than 1.3 thousand people were provided with jobs, as well as invested more than thirteen billion rubles in their projects,” noted Garbuzov, whose words were quoted by the DIPP press service.
    He emphasized that the products produced are in high demand in government and commercial structures.
    Thus, the equipment of the S-Terra CSP company is used for connections between data centers, and also ensures the digital security of remote and mobile users. The software created by the company's specialists is used for secure access to government information systems, as well as to ensure the security of critical infrastructure.
    Another NIIME resident company has implemented a project in the field of information cryptosecurity at critical infrastructure facilities. A completely Russian development helps to securely transmit data over the Internet. The complex was created using domestic software and “first-level” microcircuits — without foreign technical solutions.

    Another resident creates and produces inspection equipment. Thermal imagers are used to protect various types of energy facilities. In addition, the Moscow SEZ produces AI video recorders with the function of analyzing recordings in real time. The devices are distinguished by greater accuracy in face recognition and object identification.
    General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ Gennady Degtev emphasized that most security systems are created on the basis of neural network technologies, which gives a completely new level of protection.
    “Thus, the company “Diagnostics M”, which produces inspection equipment, launched mass production of introscopes with artificial intelligence function in the 1st quarter of this year. The company’s developers created a neural network, which is based on over 5 million real images of luggage received on Russian transport objects, is trained to recognize dangerous and prohibited items, as well as their fragments from a variety of angles. Transferring the company’s products are in demand not only in the Russian but also in the foreign market. During its activity in the Moscow SEZ, the volume of high-tech products produced by the company exceeded five billion rubles. residents of the IT technology sector produced products worth almost fifty billion rubles,” Degtev’s words are quoted in the message.
    In turn, the company’s general director Pavel Lebedev added that today there are 7 high-tech portals issued in the SEZ operating on the state border of the Russian Federation «Technopolis Moscow». They make it possible to inspect up to 120 vehicles per hour from 2 angles at once during continuous movement.
