You can buy an apartment in Shatura for 78 thousand rubles per square meter
The most affordable housing on the secondary market of the Moscow region at the beginning of the summer of 2024 is offered in Shatura, Kashira, Ozherelye, Yegoryevsk and Kurovskoye, according to the rating of cities in the Moscow region by the cost of apartments of the Analytical Center «Indicators of the Real Estate Market».

Prices are rising – and a square meter on the secondary market in Shatura is estimated at 78.2 thousand rubles per square meter, which is 0.9% higher than a month ago. In Kashira and Ozherelye prices are slightly higher: 81.6 thousand rubles per “square” (plus 0.2% per month), and in Yegoryevsk and Kurovsky – 83.7 thousand rubles (minus 0.7%).
Voskresensk was among the most affordable cities near Moscow with an average cost of a residential meter of 85.1 thousand rubles (zero dynamics for the month). This is followed by Volokolamsk (89.4 thousand rubles per square meter, plus 1.4%), Orekhovo-Zuevo and Pavlovsky Posad (98 thousand rubles per square meter, plus 0.1%), Mikhnevo, Malino, Verzilovo (99 .2 thousand rubles; minus 1%%), Mozhaisk, Ruza, Tuchkovo (99.4 thousand rubles; plus 0.7%), Serpukhov (102.6 thousand rubles; plus 0.5%), Noginsk, Chernogolovka (102 .6 thousand rubles; minus 0.1%).
– Demand for secondary apartments fell sharply in May and continues to decline in June, – comments the head of the Analytical Center «Real Estate Market Indicators» Oleg Repchenko. – But price dynamics in the most affordable cities near Moscow – mostly near zero. Prices are creeping down, but slowly: against the backdrop of high housing costs and prohibitively expensive mortgages, demand flows beyond the Moscow Ring Road and does not allow prices to cool down. But that's it for now.
