Alexandra Trusova is preparing for the wedding and continues training. Will she return to competitions and how does she perceive interest in her personal life? The test run will be in front of the federation leaders. This feeling was reinforced by the inscription on Alexandra’s sports jacket, which she put on after the end of the rental: “Who said it’s impossible, I said it’s possible!”

— It’s hard to believe that the short program I saw was intended for a show. It feels like you are going to “shake the old days,” if you can talk about a 20-year-old figure skater.
— For now I skate in shows and don’t compete in competitions. I ride for my own pleasure. I have two programs staged last season. I practice them in training. The most interesting thing is whether I can cope with the rental.
— Is Evgeni Plushenko not joking when he says that he will send a video from training to the federation in order to show up for test skates?
— It seems to me that no one filmed anything. Well, let's see. I’m not ready to answer this question yet. And it’s better to address it to Evgeny Viktorovich.
— Do you miss competitions or have other priorities appeared in life?
“I now have different interests, which I’m incredibly happy about.” I try myself in different areas. I still like figure skating, I go out on the ice every day. Just like in those days when I competed at a high level. I can’t say that I definitely want to perform at some competitions, but there’s definitely not enough adrenaline in today’s life.
— Currently there is a heated discussion online among your fans about choosing the best program Alexandra Trusova, “Evil Rock” and “Cruella” reached a kind of finale. Which one would you prefer?
— Why did you forget “Frida”? All my programs are varied and interesting. I love each one. Perhaps “Cruella” is closer to my spirit. But “Frida” today, having become older, would skate better.
— In what image would you like to go on the ice? at competitions today?
— In a new one that I have never tried before. I can say the same about the shows, which are maximally loaded thanks to Evgeniy Viktorovich Plushenko and Yana Aleksandrovna Rudkovskaya. There is an opportunity to develop by trying something new.
“I’m no longer constrained”
— In addition to ice shows, you tried yourself in show competitions in many sports — from athletics to football — and even as a vocalist…
— This also helps to develop. And thanks to such experiments, I became less shy and uptight. My friends Sofya Samodelkina, Anna Frolova, Maria Levushkina helped a lot. Constantly communicating with them, I realized that there is no need to be shy under any circumstances.
— Isn’t it sometimes annoying to have such a close interest in your personal life?
— No. I myself try not to pry into other people’s personal lives, but I am often photographed even when I don’t want it. I don’t focus on it and don’t consider it a problem. I prefer to share information myself on social networks, even knowing that it can cause different reactions — both positive and negative.
— You decided to throw in your lot with Makar Ignatov and submitted an application to the registry office a few months after the start of the affair.
— You You don’t know when it started! That's all I can say.
— Has the date of the ceremony been chosen, the list of guests drawn up, the wedding attire ordered?
— So far everything is in order process. We discuss all issues with Makar and solve them together.
— Do you see yourself in figure skating in the future?
— I’m not thinking about it yet . I live for today. I do what I like and am happy.
