MOSCOW, July 4By the end of the year, about another 6.5 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of dams, repair of hydraulic structures and river cleaning, the press service of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev reported.
Patrushev took part in an extended meeting of the board of Rosvodresursov, where he outlined the main vectors for the further development of the organization.
“I would like to note that, with the support of the government, over the past three years, more than 50 kilometers of dams have been built, 137 hydraulic structures have been repaired, and more than 220 kilometers of river beds have been cleared. More than 23 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes. About six and a half billion more are provided for this year.” , Patrushev’s press service quotes.
He noted that another important area of work of Rosvodresursov is the implementation of specialized activities of the national project «Ecology». According to him, the results are already having a positive impact on the quality of life of 17 million people.
