The Krasnogorsk City Court received a criminal case against a 35-year-old graduate of the Moscow Cossack Cadet Corps, paramedic Ivan Kolosov, Mediazona found out. Kolosov is accused of preparing to go over to the side of an armed enemy.
ASTRA, without indicating the source of information, wrote that Kolosov was detained on March 30, 2023. According to investigators, he “carried out actions aimed at joining” the Freedom of Russia legion and planned to fight on the side of Ukraine.
An acquaintance of Kolosov said that he does not admit guilt. According to Mediazona’s interlocutor, Ivan supported the legion because he did not believe in the effectiveness of peaceful resistance to the established regime in Russia. He ordered a white-blue-white flag on AliExpress and hung it on the wall, but had no intention of going to war.
Having studied the saved copies of Kolosov’s social networks, Mediazona found out that he graduated from the Moscow Cossack Cadet Corps, and then worked as a paramedic at the Puchkov ambulance station in Moscow.

In 2022, he had status: “Half a year of shame, half a year of terror, half a year of deaths, until the stake?!” In the telegram, Kolosov was interested in groups related to the war in Ukraine, the Belarusian opposition and was in a chat associated with legion «Freedom of Russia».

Another acquaintance of Kolosov, with whom Mediazona spoke, says that he published anti-war posts on social networks, but also doubts that the paramedic seriously “planned to go to fight” on the side of Ukraine. According to Mediazona’s interlocutor, a colleague from the ambulance station wrote a denunciation against Kolosov. After this, the paramedic was fined and he was forced to change jobs, the source added. He found it difficult to clarify why exactly Kolosov was fined.
“Mediazona” found out that in December 2022, the Zelenogradsky District Court of Moscow fined Kolosov 30 thousand rubles under the article on “discrediting the army ». The resolution states that he commented on a post by a certain woman, “expressing her personal attitude towards Russian citizens who went abroad after the start of mobilization,” and wrote: “The ship did not sink, the ship sailed on (expletive) because it was Russian warship». Kolosov admitted his guilt and repented.
Mediazona’s interlocutor said that then subscriptions to anti-war channels were found on Kolosov’s phone. A few months after this trial, he was detained in a criminal case.
