MOSCOW, July 4State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein will appeal to the Ministry of Culture to cancel the distribution certificate for the film “Chicken Curry Dungeons 28” “Black Sky of Vampires” by comedian Alexander Gudkov, who plans to demonstrate the Kinomax cinema chain, and the deputy also plans to bring the cinema chain to justice
After the start of the special operation, Gudkov published a post on social networks condemning it. In October 2023, Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee Yuri Shvytkin submitted a protocol order for the Prosecutor General’s Office to conduct an audit of Gudkov and a number of other showmen with a view to discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
< br />Khinshtein said that on July 7, at the Kinomax-Samara cinema, a screening of comedian Alexander Gudkov’s film “Dungeons of Chicken Curry 28 “Black Sky of Vampires” is planned. At the same time, he emphasized that the cinema manager Olga Koryakovtseva refuses to cancel the screening, citing instructions from the management of the Kinomax network
“I am appealing to the Ministry of Culture of Russia with a demand to cancel the distribution certificate for Gudkov’s film. If the distribution certificate was not issued, I will seek to bring cinemas to administrative liability under Article 14.58 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Renting a film and (or) showing a film without a distribution certificate) «, he wrote in his Telegram channel.
He noted that the Kinomax chain itself requires a separate investigation, which intends to demonstrate Gudkov’s “creativity” in its cinemas throughout the country.
“Whose policy, to put it mildly, contradicts the policy of our state… the Russian Kinomax chain intends to organize in Russian cinemas a screening of a film by a man who publicly condemns Russia and directs fees from foreign concerts to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the deputy noted .
