SK: poor-quality welding led to an explosion and death at a pumping station in Volgograd

The Investigative Committee announced the initiation of a criminal case under the article on violation of safety rules during work following an explosion at a pumping station in Volgograd, in as a result of which two people died.
As stated in the regional department, violations committed during welding work are considered as one of the versions of the incident.
