Rosfinmonitoring included actress Yana Troyanova in the list of “extremists and terrorists” — previously the Moscow prosecutor’s office demanded that a criminal case be opened against her.
On June 21, the agency reported on the completion of an investigation into Troyanova — according to the prosecutor’s office, against the actress you need to open a case of inciting hatred or enmity on the basis of nationality (clause “a” of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).
The reason for the criminal prosecution was an interview with the actress, which, according to the department, contained statements “expressing and forming a hostile and hateful attitude towards Russians, justifying and affirming the need to commit violent actions against Russians.”

Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, also instructed Troyanova’s statements to be verified. In his opinion, in one of the interviews, the actress “publicly expresses support for calls for the murder of Russians, including children.” Two days earlier, Novaya Gazeta Europe published a video with Troyanova — in an interview, among other things, the actress said that Russians “deserve” to hear calls to kill Russians because of the war in Ukraine.
