KRASNODAR, July 9 An industrial technology park in the field of agricultural machinery and an industrial park in the car building industry will appear in the Krasnodar region, the total investment in the projects is 5.6 billion rubles, the Kuban administration reported following the participation of the regional authorities in exhibition «Innoprom-2024» in Yekaterinburg.

According to Kondratiev, on The park's territory will produce high-tech import-substituting agricultural machinery products. 4 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of this project, 450 jobs will be created.
The new site will also include import-substituting production — it is planned to produce spare parts and components, cultivators, plows and equipment for treating crops with fertilizers, the administration notes.
It is clarified that the head of the region also signed a protocol of intent with the management of Industrial Park LLC Russian Industrial Corporation. The project provides for the reconstruction and expansion of infrastructure facilities. The production of paint and varnish products and metal structures will also begin to develop at the existing facilities of the freight car production plant in Armavir. It is planned to produce railway trolleys, thermos cars, and paints.
The volume of investment will be 1.8 billion rubles. The launch of the industrial park will create more than 190 jobs. In addition, facilities to accommodate residents will be reconstructed, utilities and roads will be modernized, authorities add.
