MOSCOW, July 9 The commander of the artillery brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andranik Gasparyan, who gave the order for targeted shelling of civilian infrastructure in the city of Stakhanov LPR, was sentenced in absentia to 20 years in a maximum security colony, he has been put on the international wanted list, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian Investigative Committee.

He is put on the international wanted list,” the message says.
He was found guilty of cruelty to the civilian population, use of prohibited means and methods in an armed conflict; attempted murder of two or more persons; intentional destruction and damage to someone else's property.
It was established that in July 2020, Gasparyan, acting in collusion with representatives of the higher military leadership of Ukraine, as well as military personnel of the specified brigade, gave the order to precisely fire from heavy artillery guns 2A36, 2S5 «Gyacinth» «ZOF-29 shells of 152 mm caliber hit civilian infrastructure in Stakhanov (LPR).
It is noted that as a result the household was completely destroyed. It is emphasized that the victim and other civilians were not injured, as they managed to take refuge in a safe place.
