MOSCOW, July 9 Informal communication of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi lasted about three hours, it was meaningful, said press secretary of the Russian head of state Dmitry Peskov.
“Yesterday, for about three hours, Putin spoke with Modi in an informal setting, there was quite a meaningful conversation. We talked one-on-one,” Peskov told reporters.
