WASHINGTON, July 10 The US Department of Defense has awarded a contract to the University Pennsylvania in the amount of $460 million to study the country's national security problems and formulate recommendations for solving them, the Pentagon said.
«Pennsylvania State University was awarded a contract with a ceiling of $460 million… to address pressing issues affecting national security, provide analytical assessments and recommend solutions,» the department said in a statement.
It is noted that the work will be carried out until July 8, 2029 and is aimed at helping “the leadership of the Ministry of Defense make informed decisions.”
