The Ukrainian company Ukrenergo reported in its Telegram channel that an energy facility was damaged in the Rivne region.
“As a result of damage to the power facility, household and industrial consumers were de-energized in several areas,” the post notes.
The company added that the power facility had previously been attacked by a drone.
