MOSCOW, July 10 Paraguayan defender Junior Alonso transferred from » Krasnodar» to the Brazilian «Atlético Mineiro», according to the official Telegram channel of the Russian football club.
As noted, Alonso activated the option and terminated his contract with Krasnodar in order to move to Atlético Mineiro, and the Brazilian club paid compensation to the Bulls. According to Transfermarkt, it is 1.1 million euros.
Alonso said goodbye to Krasnodar on his social networks on May 25, immediately after the end of the 30th round of the Russian Championship. At the end of the season, the Paraguayan became the silver medalist of the Russian Premier League (RPL).
Alosno moved to Krasnodar in December 2022 from Atlético Mineiro and managed to play 54 matches for the “black-and-greens”, in which he scored one goal and gave three assists.
