Businessman Sergei Moiseev, the second defendant in the criminal case of the former commander of the 58th Army, Major General Ivan Popov, admitted guilt. This was reported by a TASS source in law enforcement agencies.
According to him, the man is already actively cooperating with the investigation.
We recall that it was previously reported that Moiseev partially repaid the damage caused.
According to the source, the total amount of damage was reduced from 130 million to 105 million rubles.
The source in the law enforcement agencies added that General Popov still denies accusations of fraud and does not admit guilt , the publication's source added.
