MOSCOW, July 11In the Volchansky and Liptsevsky directions in the Kharkov region, facts of the use of chemical weapons by the Armed Forces of Ukraine were recorded, the head of the Russian administration of the region, Vitaly Ganchev, told reporters.

At the beginning of the week, the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, said that during the special military operation there were more than 400 cases of the use of non-lethal toxic chemicals by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Most of them were officially confirmed by an accredited laboratory of the Ministry of Defense.
In addition, during engineering reconnaissance, a laboratory with chemical equipment was discovered in one of the villages near Avdeevka. Analysis of the contents of the containers in the laboratory showed the presence of sulfuric acid and sodium cyanide. This allowed us to assume that the equipment was used to produce toxic substances — at least three kilograms per day.
A refugee from Toretsk also spoke about the use of toxic substances by Ukrainian troops. And according to the adviser to the head of the DPR, Yan Gagin, a Ukrainian drone dropped ammunition with a toxic substance on him.
