MOSCOW, July 12 Russian President Vladimir Putin is open to dialogue, but in order to consider all issues of the current situation in the world as a whole, and not separately, said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he expects to resume the Istanbul process on the Black Sea grain initiative with the participation of Russia. Answering a question from journalists whether the Kremlin excludes or does not exclude the possibility of resuming the grain deal, perhaps on new terms, Peskov said that the Kremlin is open to dialogue and does not exclude the resumption of the Black Sea deal.
«»President Putin has repeatedly said that he is open to dialogue, he is open to any attempts to reach agreements, based on a certain worldview that we talked about. The President is open to dialogue in order to consider the issue as a whole. then questions from the general context of the current situation are impossible; everything must be considered as a whole. This is the position of President Putin, which he has repeatedly spoken about,” Peskov said.
