MOSCOW, July 12 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that, in particular, increases state fees for various legally significant actions from 2025. The corresponding document is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
The document amends the Tax Code in order to improve the tax system of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the state duty for consideration of the petition, provided for by the antimonopoly legislation, increases to 400 thousand from 35 thousand rubles, and by the legislation on natural monopolies — to 50 thousand from 16 thousand rubles.< br />A fee of 150 thousand rubles will now be charged for state registration of an international company in a special administrative region in the order of not only redomiciliation, but also incorporation. The state duty for issuing a certificate, certificate or other document confirming the level of qualification, or its duplicate in replacement of a lost one, increases to 2000 from 1300 rubles, and for making changes to them — to 500 rubles from 350 rubles.
In addition, state fees for divorce in cases where the spouses do not have common minor children and are divorcing by mutual consent, as well as when they are divorcing through the court, will increase to 5,000 from 650 rubles. The fee for state registration of a name change (including the last name, first name and (or) patronymic), including the issuance of a certificate of its change, will increase to 5,000 from 1,600 rubles.
And for making corrections and changes to civil status records, including issuing certificates, the fee increases to 700 from 650 rubles. When re-issuing a certificate of state registration of a civil status act, the fee increases to 500 from 350 rubles.
The fee for issuing certificates to individuals from the archives of civil registry offices and other authorized bodies will increase to 350 from 200 rubles. In addition, a fee is established for registering the rules for the formation of long-term savings and making changes to them in the amount of 3,500 rubles, and for registering changes made — 1,600 rubles.
The law, which contains other changes, comes into force on the date of official publication, with the exception of provisions for which other deadlines are established.
