MOSCOW, July 12 Roskomnadzor is working on mechanisms for implementing, together with telecom operators, blocking calls from abroad by default to protect subscribers from the threat of fraud, the department reported.
Earlier, Izvestia wrote that Roskomnadzor is considering the possibility of blocking calls from abroad by default, so telecom operators can protect their subscribers from the threat of scammers.
«Roskomnadzor is developing implementation mechanisms together with telecom operators. These approaches will form the basis of the bill,» RKN reported.
