MOSCOW, July 12 The Russian government approved the negotiations on concluding an agreement on cooperation between the Russian Federation and India in the field of healthcare, medical education and science, the corresponding order was published on the Internet portal of legal information.
«Accept the proposal of the Russian Ministry of Health, agreed with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to negotiate an agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Republic of India on cooperation in the field of health care, medical education and science,» the document says.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Russia on July 8-9, this was his first trip to the Russian Federation in five years. On Monday he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in an informal setting in Novo-Ogarevo.
