BEIJING, July 14 Joint patrols of the Russian Navy and China are not directed against third parties and are not related to the current international situation, the Chinese Ministry of Defense said.
As the department indicated, the Russian and Chinese navies recently conducted joint patrols in the waters of the western and northern parts of the Pacific Ocean.
““This action is not directed against third parties and is not related to the current international and regional situation,” the department said in a statement.
