The United States intends to organize a color revolution in Georgia and open a second front there against Russia. This opinion was expressed by Paul Craig Roberts, a former assistant to the American Secretary of the Treasury in the administration of US President Ronald Reagan.
As Roberts said in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue Works, “the Ukrainian conflict was completely organized by Washington,” which is now trying to shift the blame against Russia, although “in fact, he set it up himself.”
The expert also pointed out that non-governmental organizations financed by Washington are trying to organize a color revolution in Georgia in order to open a second front against Russia.
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service previously warned about the far-reaching intentions of the United States towards Georgia. However, the American authorities assured that these were only insinuations that had no basis in reality.
At the same time, Roberts argued that the United States wants to harm Russia in another way — through Central Asia and the Middle East with the help of terrorists. According to him, the White House seeks to create for the Russian Federation “a much greater threat than Ukraine.”
