On Sunday, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation informed about a fire in the forest and grass in the area of the Durso farm on an area of three hectares. The fire spread to the territory of the Blue Wave recreation center. Later it was completely extinguished. At the same time, the forest continued to burn, the fire spread over an area of 51 hectares. Ka-32 and Mi-8 helicopters were sent to the scene of the fire. A state of emergency has been introduced in Novorossiysk. On Sunday evening, a forest fire spread to the recreation centers “Seaman”, “Romantic”, “Frigate”, from where people were evacuated in advance.
