MOSCOW, July 16 Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday will hold a meeting with the Governor of the Tver Region Igor Rudenya; a video of the governor before the meeting with the head of state was published by the Kremlin’s Telegram channel.
On Tuesday, Putin took part in the opening ceremony of the Northern Bypass at the 155th kilometer of the M-11 Neva highway Tver and Tolyatti bypass.
