MOSCOW, July 17 Traffic on the street has been blocked due to a fire in a 4-story building on Presnensky Val in Moscow, the capital's transport department reported on its Telegram channel.
«Due to a fire at the address street Presnensky Val, Building No. 1, is closed to traffic while emergency services are working. Choose detour routes,» the statement said.
