The first-born of the new “celestial” brand, part of Chery’s extensive portfolio, will be the ES sedan. In terms of dimensions, it is close to the current “green” four-door BMW i5.
The Exeed brand, owned by Chery, announced in 2023 the creation of a new line intended only for electric trains. At the same time, in its native China it was given the name Sterra, and for export markets the name Exlantix was chosen. Initially, it was reported that this line would appear in the Russian Federation as an Exeed product, but later the manufacturer decided to make Exlantix a separate “premium brand of electric cars.” By the way, the Russian market will be the first export market for this “green” brand.
Now Exlantix is actively preparing for the imminent launch of sales on the Russian market: at the moment, the formation of an official dealer network has already begun. It is known that in the near future the company intends to sign the first dealer agreements “in all key regions of the country.” Over the next few months, the brand's showrooms will be opened in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Tyumen and Nizhny Novgorod.
The local office of the brand said that the official partners of the brand will be able to offer customers a full range of services: not only the sale of Exlantix electric vehicles, as well as their maintenance, but also the installation of charging stations in the private homes of the owners. It is noted that the service areas will have at least three service stations, a full set of equipment and the required tools. In turn, dealership centers will provide the opportunity to quickly charge electric vehicles at their own stations, as well as offer original spare parts, additional equipment and accessories.
As Kolesa.ru reported earlier, the first-born of the Exlantix brand on the Russian market will be the ES sedan with a coupe-like silhouette, while previously the export version had the E03 index. This model is based on the new E0X platform. It is known that in the Middle Kingdom this four-door is equipped by default with air suspension and a fully controlled chassis.
The overall length of the sedan offered on the domestic market is 4945 mm, width – 1978 mm, height – 1467 mm, and the distance between the axles is 3000 mm. This means that the size of the “electric” is close to the BMW i5 (this is a completely “green” modification of the current global 5 series sedan).

Recall that in the Russian Federation Exlantix ES will be available with a traction battery with a capacity of 82 kWh. According to the official website of the brand in the Russian Federation, the range on one charge is 530 km (the manufacturer did not specify which cycle was used for the calculation). Apparently, the model will be offered with a dual-engine power plant, its output is 480 hp, and the maximum torque is 660 Nm. This four-door takes 3.7 seconds to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h.
It is known that the Exlantix ES, which will be offered in the Russian Federation, will include in the list of equipment: a retractable spoiler on the trunk lid , auto-dimming glass roof, adaptive cruise control, facial recognition system, massage seats and valet parking.
