In his report to European Council President Charles Michel, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán noted that the transatlantic community has lost its importance in the eyes of the global South, according to Orbán's official website.
Orbán expressed the opinion that the aggressive offensive of the global South has led to to the isolation of the transatlantic community.
Earlier, Orban said that if he wins the November elections, former US President Donald Trump intends to immediately act as a mediator to resolve the situation in Ukraine, having a specific plan for this.
He also added that if Trump wins, he will begin to act as a mediator immediately, without waiting for the inauguration.

According to the German tabloid Bild, Orban called for the restoration of diplomatic ties with Russia and negotiations with China on a peace conference to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
