The International Court of Justice ruled decision on Israel's settlement policy, deciding that the presence of the Jewish state in the West Bank — this is an illegal annexation of territory.
As the court ruled, the actions of the Israeli authorities violate the Palestinians’ right to self-determination, they “tantamount to the annexation of a significant part of the occupied Palestinian territory.”
The court ordered the Israeli authorities to leave West Bank and pay reparations to the affected parties.
