MOSCOW, July 20, Andrey Senchenko. Captain of the Washington Capitals «Alexander Ovechkin told reporters that this year the Moscow football club Dynamo will become the champion.
In the 2023/24 season, Dynamo took third place in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
Dynamo will be the champion this season. “I reacted badly to Fedor Smolov’s departure,” Ovechkin said.
Smolov returned to Krasnodar in the summer, the agreement with the 34-year-old forward was for one season. Before that, he played for Dynamo, together with whom he took third place in the championship last season, the footballer left the club upon expiration of his contract.
